Recommendation for Attorney to Represent Small Self-Managed Co-op

We are a small 4-unit brownstone co-op building seeking recommendations for an attorney to represent the co-op for transactions and other co-op matters. We would be grateful for any referrals or other advice in addition to what we’ve found on the archives.
