Rec for monthly extermintor for multifamily

Hi, Anyone have an exterminator that they can recommend that does monthly visits to do preventive treatment for a 6 family building? I’m wondering do they charge per visit or can you do an annual contract? If so how much does that typically go for? Thanks in advance.

One note, it’s for a 2 family. So a 6 family would likely be more expensive.

I use metropest quarterly. I’m sure they have a monthly service. I think I pay something like $70 a quarter. Definitely less than $100.
