Power washing facade - cover windows?

We’re about to have a contractor power-wash our exterior, and they indicated that they won’t be covering the windows. (They just suggested that we removed any loose screens or ACs that might be a little unstable.) But someone just told me that it’s typical during a power wash for all windows to be fully covered, and that it’s unusual it’s not happening here. Is this the case? Should I be concerned that they’re not opting to cover the windows?

Not necessary as long as they are careful. Remove screens. Get them to clean the outside of the windows when they are done and not just a wash down with the hose.
