Portland cerment stoop needs repair

I have a portland cerment stoop (see attached photo) the tiles are coming out what should I use to put them back in? There is also a leak from either the blue stone in the photo or the portland cerment stoop. What should I use to fix the issue?

allyslope, This arrogant dick-head posted a self-important comment on one of my questions as well so I feel your pain. You should feel confident that when you post a question about anything, even if it is a dumb question or an inarticulate question, that those who might be able to contribute an intelligent response will do so and those who don’t like the question will move along without bothering to post something purely for the sake of showing the entire world how small a cock he has. Just look at Greenmountain’s profile pic, the guy is a narcissistic know-it-all. Furthermore, his website is complete crap and his awesome ‘work’ looks like all of the stock interiors that I’ve seen a million times at open houses in crappy condo developments all over Brooklyn. If nothing more, I find Brownstoner to be an invaluable resource specifically because I have made a list of people who understand their craft and who respect us lay people enough to talk to us like human beings. Equally important is the list of condescending jokers like Greenmountain who will never be hired at my project and let me tell ya, I have a long list of construction needs at this house that goes faaaar beyond cleaning an old brass door handle. Keep your chin up and I hope that helps on some level. It would be nice if the Admins would actually ban people like this because I’ve seen it a million times on forums and message boards: the flamers drive all of the good people away with their attacks and then the usefulness of the site suffers greatly.

It is an open forum. But, our comments follow us. Chances are, a lot of people don’t like my judgement. Post as much as you like. Not every problem can be fixed. I can’t see any photo. I don’t need to see it. I read through several of your recent posts. I tried to help you in the last one about “grout chunks,” maybe I commented on others too. I regret having described safe use of chemicals for use on your job site, which seems to be totally out of control. I don’t want to associated with injuries or presumed damage to already unstable conditions. “Grout chunks”? “Purple stains”? “Portland cement stoop”? Not sure what your architect is responsible for? Don’t understood when your contractor should demand final payment? I feel bad for the house.
