Polished concrete recommendation

Nothing that new here, Robert Rowen has been already recommended few time on this website. He did a great job at a good price for me. He gave recommendation about the concrete I should pour, came to check it out and was very flexible with everything. I couldn’t have been happier with the end result. I spoke with a bunch of companies, and Robert was the most knowledgeable and had the best price. I could tell that many other companies were not interested by the job and gave me some crazy pricing because of that. Anyway, I am glad I went with Robert. He is a great worker, and also a very nice guy. Robert website: avantdesigninc DOT com email: arslongany AT aol DOT com phone: 646-270-3222 Tell him the french guy from dean street recommended him.

Price really depends of the surface you want. There are a lot of heavy machines needed for the work, so the setup takes time. Price also depends of the quality of your concrete and if a lot of work is needed to flatten it. If you have good concrete and surface is above 1,000 sqf, i think you are probably looking at $7-$8 per sqf, but this is just my own estimate. Fees are added for edging as well, so if you have a lot of partitions up, it adds up. For 1,000 sqf, work can take 4 or 5 days. I didn’t do staining, but i know robert does that too. Lot of neat examples on his website.
