Painter to do some repairs and repaint after a leak

Hi Brownstoners. My upstairs neighbor was away and had a flood in his apartment that flooded all of the apartments below his, including mine. There is some water damage to the ceilings and walls. Essentially I need someone to be able to spackle the cracks and repair/repaint the water damaged walls. It might be worth noting that some of the apartment has sheetrock walls and others have plaster and lath. Any help with recommendations is appreciated. Thanks!
