Need recs: best architects/contractors in BK for Townhouses & Condo Conversions

We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio of townhouse restoration/renovations as well as condo conversions that can create an optimized space for higher end renters/condo buyers while maintaining the original detail that remains in a large townhouse. We want to optimize a multi-family townhouse to initially rent out with a relatively quick turnaround while simultaneously setting it up for condo conversion down the road. Value is important but we are willing to pay for the right person/people. There will be a very stringent interview process. Thanks!!!!

We renovated a townhouse last year (major work on one appt, minor in another). Highly recommend both the architect (www.bparc.com) and contractor (http://downtownrenovationscorp.com/) we worked with. Good communication, pragmatic approach, great final result. Happy to talk through the experience with you if you want.
