Need cheap kitchen countertop + stationary island

1) I rent an apartment in Bed Stuy, and need to replace the existing kitchen counter w drawers + counter. Where in Brooklyn can I find a cheap replacement? 108″ length 26″ width 2) Suggestions for reasonable priced, reliable removal of old one & installation of new one? Maybe you’ve already got your LL’s okay on this, or maybe you don’t care, but it’s nearly a certainty that you’ll void your lease if you don’t get LL’s written approval before replacing existing cabinets.

If your existing cabinets are real wood and not completely falling apart, I’d suggest painting them instead of replacing them. If you really do need new ones, try Build it Green for second hand replacements or Ikea for new.
