Whatever you do, DO NOT use Christopher M. Buckley Professional Land Surveyor. Disaster both times his company was used to survey our property, causing several weeks’ delay at the start of our renovation and now a rather annoying set of back and forths at the end of the process. Amazingly inaccurate on several accounts. Bad, bad news.

In my experience, the cheapest survey I found were done by these guys: http://www.aaagrouponline.com/ It’s a Jewish shop, so they are close until Sept. 30.
