Looking for good SRO attorney

Hi, I’m looking for recommendations for attorneys that are experienced with SROs. I want to learn more about how to alleviate the burden of a home that has been used a 2 family for 30+ yrs, but is still SRO restricted according to the DOB. There is no certificate of occupancy.
