Kitchen cabinets recommendation

Hi all, I am sprucing up my kitchen a bit. I moved in 7 years and I’m finally investing a bit of money to customize my space. The current cabinets are run of the mill home depot builder’s grade cabinets. What I need is somebody who can come to re-arrange several cabinets, build an extension with a wine rack on the bottom and open shelving above. It’s not a big job, but obviously I want it done right. Budget is a major consideration, as well, which is why I’m not totally replacing cabinets. Do you know somebody reliable who can take on this job? Thanks a million!
