Is the live-in baby considered to be a tenant?

Hi we need to hire a live-in babysitter for six weeks. The candidate asked to have her husband live with her as well. So what do I need to do to ensure that she moves out at the end of the agreed term? At what point the babysitter considered to be a tenant and can use tenant rights to stay in? Do I need to check this subject with the lawyer?
