Yep, all that, assuming that you want to use this floor for bedrooms. Flip the bathroom so the tub is under the window, and move the toilet and sink further down the wall they are currently one, and make the door to the bath open off the hallway. That way you reclaim that lost hallway space for the bedroom. Remove the door in the hallway by the stairs – it seems totally unnecessary. Build a row of closets in both bedrooms along the center wall that divides them. Use the space on the end of one or both closets for a linen closet that opens to the hallway – use sliding or bifold doors on it if it is the width of both closets; use a pocket door or bifold door if it is the width of one closet. Easy.

You could flip the tub to the exterior wall (or replace it with just a shower stall) and then relocate the sink and toilet on the other wall. You may still have to widen the bathroom but it would allow you to put the bathroom entrance in the hall and gain some space for the front bedroom. Both rooms are in need of closet space. No need for a door to connect the two bedrooms.
