HVAC Reccos for Minisplity

My PLG limestone has no heat in the back. (Yes, the inspector missed this) Any reccos for HVAC guys who do minisplits? Thanks

No heat as in radiators or hot air ducts _never_ having been installed, or simply not working? If it’s the latter, wouldn’t repairing the existing system be less expensive and more efficient?
