How can I track down the contact info of the owner of a property in Fort Greene?

My husband is interested in renting what looks like a vacant commercial property on the corner of Greene and Grand. We’re new to this and don’t know how to track the person down. Anyone good at sleuthing and feel like doing a good deed..?

You could try asking Ed Hibbert if he knows (I’ll bet he would). Eddie runs the salvage operation on Greene and Grand (right in front of the bus stop). He doesn’t have regular business hours — I can’t remember exactly when he’s open, but it’s usually most afternoons and he’s definitely open on Saturdays.

Maybe one of the neighbor’s knows. If they aren’t around, you could just leave a note with your contact info asking for any info they have. I’d make it clear that you are looking to rent the space, not trying to complain about something.
