Here's a recommendation for a contractor!

Hello, I just wanted to recommend a great contractor called Beer Construction. I had a disastrous summer of renovations (a full kitchen and bathroom gut) in my brownstone in Carroll Gardnes- my original contractor did a terrible job with plumbing, installation of marble tiling, overall poor finishing. He could not be trusted to fix his mistakes. So, I brought Beer in later to fix the mistakes that were made, everything from major plumbing to installing molding and refinishing walls, sealing floors, and installing a radiator. Beer was trustworthy, accommodating, and bent over backwards to make sure the job was done well. The antique radiator I required was of a specific size and shape for our hot water system and not easy to find. Beer went all over town researching where to get one. When he could not find one, he ended up customizing one for me at a great cost. Beer is friendly and just an all around great person. He took some time of last year for health reasons and could really use any new business. Highly recommended! Hope this helps you folks. Thanks, G

We used Beer a year or so ago for a bathroom gut and he did a good job, especially on the tiling. His price was very low compared to the other bids we got. I’d have to do more vetting for complex stuff, but for straight forward things like a bathroom, he’s great and pays attention to detail. He’s also super sweet and cares about happy customers.
