Help with window guards

Hi all: can anyone recommend a window guard for very standard white pull up windows? They don’t tilt in or anything, and they all have screens. I was just on the HPD website and I am required to install “approved” window guards but I’m not clear about what this means. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
