Great experience! new concrete floor with Knockout Masonry

I wanted to share my recent experience with Knockout Masonry www.komasonry.com They tore up my old concrete basement floor, dug out 6 inches, poured a new beautiful floor and installed a french drain and sump pump and a price way less than competitors. It was such a great experience. Jimmy and his crew were always on time, hard working, courteous, anwsered any and all of my concerns in length and they are fast, completing the job in just 5 days! They went above and beyond creating more work for themselves so the job came out perfect with no increase in the price. My basement that I thought was always going to be an unusable, dirty space is now beautiful, clean and water free! Anyone looking for that “honest, family run business” this is the place. I couldn’t be happier.

Sure! It’s night and day! I paid 16,800 for everything, 5 days, 5 guys, debris removal and all materials. I was so hesitant to do anything major down there as I thought it was an impossible space, but I am so happy I did! Melissa
