Good small brokers (mom and pop realtors) in park slope area?

Hi all, I have lived in the area since ’98 and finally have means to buy. Same story you’ve likely heard again and again. I’m hitting all options looking for a three bedroom somewhere in the park slope/greenwood area to buy. I have hit the streets with my family looking for the small broker shops, been to many open houses, and have scoured the internet. Are there any other small realtors that I’m not thinking of or finding? I know that that is often the way to go in this area. thanks!

If you like Webstr & jackson, try Greenwood near 6th, between, say 17th-22nd streets. Prices drop when you cross the highway.

Some on 5th ave, though not as many. If you are really up for walking around and scouring the neighborhood, walk the blocks where you are most interested in buying and look for the for sale signs. Sometimes, and this is particularly true in south slope, there is the stray house or two where the seller — usually a neighborhood old timer — is using some out of neighborhood realtor, like someone’s brother in law in bay Ridge or something.
