Full service architect recommendations please

We’re looking to do a small extension on our house and we would rather work with a bigger firm which would have the manpower to see our project to completion. We thought we found someone at a smaller firm but they’ve taken on a big project and our project got pushed to the back burner so it’s time to cut our losses and find a firm that can just get this done. We have now lost our window of opportunity to get our job started this summer. We have a good idea what construction will cost and we’d rather just bite the bullet, perhaps pay more in design fees, but get the project done. We want to work with a firm that has a larger staff and the ability to get smaller projects done at the same time as big ones. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

In the same circumstances I would opt for a design-build firm both for time efficiency and keeping design within budget. One person’s opinion.
