Favorite Stove?

Does anyone have a favorite stove they would recommend? This is for a traditional unfitted kitchen in a Victorian row house. We need to replace ours because the oven is unusable. We probably have to stick to a 30-inch model, unfortunately, because of space considerations. (We could also accommodate a really wide stove but it would have to be super shallow to fit on the hearth, like a ’30s stove.) Thanks!
