Commercial Tenants

Just bought a mixed use in Bay Ridge. 1 family plus Dr. Office. What is the best way to find a commercial tenant? I’ve worked with most of the agencies in Bay Ridge and to put it middy, they are terrible. Are there better options to target tenants than Craigslist?
