Building management and check valve/gutter maintenance

Hi all…these are probably common topics. I searched a bit, but came up with a variety of entries that did not quite match. 1) Our 15-unit condo needs a decent management company soon. Hoping for some recs…really has to be reliable, responsive, reasonably priced, and to be able to provide a full range of services since there are so few people not willing to take the lead. 2) We need a company that will work with us on a contractual basis to regularly clean our check valves and gutters.
