Brownstoner Management

Hello–Can someone recommend a reasonably priced brownstone management company? I own a 2 family brownstone that I currently rent out because I am working out of state. Nee a company to address occasional tenant issues and manage overall maintenance of property. Thanks!

If it is a maintenance manager you want call Patrick DeVerteuil 718-309-3934 he manages the maintenance for a few small buildings for me (and several other owners I know) in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and vicinity. The tenants trust him with their keys, he is very reasonable and he has contacts for licensed plumbers, electricians and other trades as needed. he is by trade a carpenter, plasterer, painter and tiler. He does the full handyman stuff himself, locks, window repairs, small leaks etc. He turns vacant apartments around really quickly.
