Basic Property Management in Bushwick

Hi — Anyone have recommendations for basic property management in Bushwick for 3 unit house? For trash sorting, hallway sweeping, snow shoveling and small repairs when needed? Would visit bi-weekly or ideally just monthly. Much appreciated
