Architect of Macdonough block btw Malcom X and Patchen

Does anyone out there happen to know when/who built the row of brownstones on the MacDonough block btw Malcom X and Halsey on the even side? I’ve looked all over the internet and the only info out there is about the more historic end of Macdonough. And all city records went up in flames along time ago. thanks!
