Anyone know a Tilt and Turn Window Installer?

hi there, we already have new tilt and turn windows but will need them calibrated and there are already a couple issues–gasket that is dangling below a door, difficult handles to turn, and keys that we can’t seem to copy anywhere in the US. also, there were significant leaks through 2 doors and they seem to be fixed but will need to be watched as time moves ahead to make sure they don’t reappear (they caused some real damage, and mold, on the walls below which have been ripped out to dry and will be replaced). seems like the original installer won’t be back to finish the job, based on lack of communication, so we are gearing up to hire someone else to finish the job, assuming those guys won’t surface. the actual make of the windows was never revealed to us, though we asked, so i don’t know who actually made them but apparently they were made in either czech republic or poland (or both?). any recommendations welcome., thank you!

Sounds like minor tweaks. I might be able to help. For sure you can’t get the keys in the U.S. but if you can’t do it through the manufacturer you can order a new cylinder in Europe with a sufficient amount keys (if it’s a main entrance door I would have a reserve cylinder anyway)
