225 Eastern Parkway Discussion

Good afternoon, I’m looking at an apt. in 225 Eastern Parkway. Was wondering if anyone here is living in the building, or has a friend/family they visit there. Noise issues? Cleanliness complaints? I was told that there is no garbage chute and people are supposed to leave their trash outside their front doors for the super/doorman to pick up later in the day. Does this cause rodent/bug issues? What about water pressure, hot water, winter heating, etc.? Any information that can be shared at all will be appreciated. Thanks!

don’t know the building, but that refuse arrangement sounds like a horrible idea for all involved. hard to believe.
