New on Lewis Ave?Cold do very well if the location is right and there's a need. Like Bed Stuy, you can't categorically say that the whole area of Bushwick is rough. My advice to him, once he has decided to do this, is to visit a lot of shops in different parts of Brooklyn to see what works well. The worse thing is an undermerchandised shop.
