Effetive immediately in Brooklyn, Homeowners can now see the project advocate only for letter pf no objection denials. For all other issues, homeowners will have to utilize Homeowner’s Night which is every Tuesday 4:00 to 5:30 PM

Is this likely to result in fewer people filing for permits?? This sounds like they are making the DOB more inaccessible.
