Permit to Replace a Fence?
Hello, Does anybody know if we need a permit to replace a fence? I’m replacing the old hurricane fence for a stockade fence. I called DOB and the operator said no. I wanted to check here to see if anyone here knew. Thanks.

Why to get the permit for the fence , if the area is yours go for the fence. The fence also makes the arena for the boxing. I like to
watch pacquiao vs mosley live match. This is a very big contest and everyone awaits for it.
Under 6′ does not require a fence. Make sure you know where the property line is before you put it in.
I never heard of anyone getting a permit for a fence. I do believe there are some height restrictions to be followed.
