His work is phenomenal. He’s neat, thorough and always arrives completely prepared. He’s built decks, painted, installed kitchens, bathrooms, (put together and installed ikea products) tiled bathroom walls & floors (beautifully!) wired electric, built & taken down walls, refinished floors, installed washer/dryers, and even hung pictures!
I recommend him because I know that he take real pride in his work. And he’s never the type of contractor to charge you $750 to remove a handball that has clogged a gutter on the roof. (It’s happened!)
So call Henry – whether your doing a full renovation, or just need a handy person you can trust and build a relationship with in your property.

Awesome! Thanks, Liani, for the recommendation — I’m always getting asked for recommendations for a good, honest handyman, but they’re very hard to come by.
As many of these requests come from co-op owners rather than townhouse owners, do you know if he’s, well, insured?
