Contractor Recommendation
I recently purchased an apartment in a BK Co-Op and after interviewing a number of contractors, I am considering going with Ekram at Innovation Construction. It’s a fairly straightforward job, just kitchen/bath/skim coating/paint and minor electrical. Does anyone have any experience working with this firm?

I know this is late but i want to share my experience with the fellow readers. i hired Innovation Construction for a small bathroom renovation,which was last summer “2010”. it was small tiny 4by 6 bathroom. I’m glad to say that i was very happy with results.the quality of the work speaks for itself. i will definitely call Ekram again for my next project.

I’ve used Innovation about a year ago specifically for a kitchen renovation in my condo. They did an excellent job. My wife and I were very happy with the results.

I am also looking to have a small apartment painted it is not the same particular job as you. But I got a quote from them and am planning to start next month.

I was extremely happy of having Ekram from Innovation Construction working on my project. Their firm specialized in various types of remodeling, but I used them for my exterior stoop last year. I was very satisfied with their work so I decided to call them back this year for them to do a small bathroom in my basement. I would always like to recommend Innovation Construction to anyone. They are licensed and insured. They haven’t just done my job but also did few of the neighbors next door. I haven’t heard any complaints. You can trust them to get the work done in a timely manner and they are also friendly with the people they work for. Good luck with your project.
