Anyone Heard of this Place ..?

177 Kingston or 1051 Prospect Place in Crown Heights? I noticed a couple of units for sale, and I’m curious. Has anyone viewed the units or does anyone know anything about the building? And why it’s listed under two addresses? Thanks!
