they did my house and garage when I purchased it. I can’t remember the guy’s name I dealt with but they were really professional. he answered all of my questions. you pay for the service plus a one year warranty. it’s not cheap. i paid almost 1800. if within that year, they come back, they’ll treat again for free.
white termites are the ones that do damage, black ones are the ones that fly around and create other nests and shed their wings. you’ll usually see the black ones in the spring when they try to spread. if you do, then you know you also have the white ones.
I don’t have anyone specific, but try to find someone local. And do not use Terminix.
