Hello all,

I’m considering Perfect Renovations on Atlantic Ave. to renovate my brownstone.

Does anyone have any experience working with them or know of someone who has?

Thanks a bunch,

Brle

  1. Thanks again everyone!

pierre de taille… it’s now my turn to apologize for a delayed response. Thank you so much for JUN INDUSTRIES info.

Does anyone else have any experience with JUN INDUSTRIES Inc.

    Best to all

    Brle

  2. Have used both Perfect Reno and Masterbuilder, experience with Perfect was LESS than perfect, experience with Masterbuilder has been masterful. My $0.02.

  3. i’ve heard good things about perfect renovations. we used creative renovations, who has done an excellent job at our brownstone duplex. also kleen construction. our neighbors used burda and while quality is good, they’ve got real problems with the attitude (not sure whose problem that was)

  4. Hey brle,
sorry about the delayed response but we decided to work with Meng Chew from Tjun Industries who we ended doing a massive gut renovation. He is a consumate pro and will listen to you.

  5. For brownstone renovation you can try M.Hamid construction Co. At 718-633-1500.Special Rigger license and Insured.
    Thanks.

  6. I have heard only good things about this company, our friends hired perfect renovation last year for a full gut reno and they were happy. They also did an impressive facade restoration job next to my house Jackson place – very pretty

  7. Last year, I hired Perfect Renovation to renovate 2 floors in my brownstone, I got a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and new hardwood floors. I would say the overall experience was excellent! Their construction team was very pleasant, courteous and worked with me on a daily basis to get the details I wanted. The designer came up with beautiful materials for the bathroom & kitchen, which I just love. Their prices were very competitive.

  8. they seem to spend a LOT of money on advertising, as i must throw away about 30 brochures per year that they leave all over our street. and guess who is paying for that (inefficient, wasteful) advertising?

  9. Thanks everyone, I appreciate all of the feedback! pierre de taille, may I ask who did you decide to work with?
