Management company in Park Slope
Does anybody have any recommendation for professional and not overpriced Mgt company? I went by this house the other day and took some photos of a building that is managed by known management company.. I got a bit worried since they seem to charge lots of money for sanitation work.

well i have other photos of the side as well. there are many bags loose and for the money they charge it should not be falling and loose like that!! should it?
hmmm maybe but they should have shoveled a space for trash and there is unbagged trash lying loose
I wouldn’t blame the management company for this-our totally inefficient sanitation department is at fault. (snow or no snow, living in New york at the moment is a joke-crummy infrastructure, terrible services-as far as I can see the only thing NYC is good at is handing out parking fines.
Sanitation hasn’t exactly been picking up the garbage regularly. A lot of houses look like this since the big snow. Mine included and I do my own garbage.
