I know many of you on Brownstoner had taken and thoroughly enjoyed the Home Maintenance Repair Course. You also made comments on how to further improve the course. Many of your comments have been taken into consideration. For 2011, the course had been reduced to six weeks and instead of a Level II, we’ve added an Electrical and Plumbing specalty course. Before, one had to take Level I as a prerequisite, now the specalty course is available to anyone who wants to take it. What was previous refered to as level I will cover the fundamentals of carpentry, tool usage, wood framing, tiling and other finishes. This is a trial and we’re awaiting to see the response from the community. I’m sure many Brownstoners here won’t shy away from letting your feeling known.
Greetings Mopar,
The Brownstoners who had taken the course had some insightful and pithy things to say.
