Haven’t read your survey; but do consider asking the Brooklyn Historian.
He is a really cool guy, and is in Boro Hall.
Give him a shout. He’s a really good resource.
I also suggest that you go to the Olde Stone House, in the park located @ 5th Ave, and
5th Street. Very helpful people there as well.
