Need"Wild Wall" Built

I recently rented out the duplex in my 2 Fam and moved upstairs. There is an open hallway that provides access to the duplex at the base of the stairs where I now have a entrance door. The new tenants now use the parlor floor double doors to access the front of the parlor space. However, it isn’t optimal to either of us as it has no privacy.
Does someone know a carpenter that could build a “wild wall” (a wall that can swing open like a door) in this approx 9.5’x3′ space? I used to be in the Film Industry and the carpenters would build walls that swung open to allow large items through and they would close back to look like part of the set. This would give the me & the tenant privacy but also the ability to have large items come in that cannot fit through the tight garden floor entrance, which is their main entrance. I also think it’s good for fire egress purposes. Thanks all!
