Heating / Oil delivery Co. recommendation needed

I am an often out-of-town landlord, and am once again searching for someone I can rely on to keep my tenants warm in the winter. I am looking for an ”all in one” oil delivery & service company, because it seems difficult to get reliable service without a delivery arrangement, and vice-versa. However, if someone has a suggestion of two separate companies, great! This is what I am looking for:
-can order oil over the phone, with a credit card.
-will deliver oil when they say they will (or will call if there’s a change in the schedule and they can’t make it!)
-reliable emergency service, that is, a dedicated emergency line and prompt calls back outside of office hours
-delivers and serves in greenpoint
-reliable technicians who are really good with old oil boilers, not just a ‘mostly gas’ company, with a couple oil guys.
-fair prices
Ideally, if I could get a few recs., so I could check them out, that’d be great! I promise to reciprocate by posting my recommendations, etc.
Thanks for helping out!
I’ve had a very good experience with Nu-Lite of Maspeth. (Maspeth is just south of Bushwick, which is just south of Greenpoint). Small company with three master’s plumbers licenses. They certainly know their oil boilers, as well as every other kind of plumbing. They deliver the oil constantly from the outside and they leave a bill on the door. I don’t know if they take credit cards over the phone — probably. If you have any kind of plumbing problem, they are extremely fast and reliable. They are always available. I have never waited more than a couple of days for some non-urgent service, and often they will come the next day. Something like an overflow they have a special guy just for drains and he comes within three hours of a call. They have a 24-hour line. Prices for service are reasonable — $150 is the minimum. I can’t compare their oil prices. It is probably in the middle somewhere.
We had/have SJ Fuel and I really liked them. You can get automatic deliveries too.
Thanks. I had seen the recommendations for Petro elsewhere in the forums, but was hoping for a few others, so that I could have a basis for comparison, rather than just jumping ship from my current situation.
we used to use Petro in our old coop, and were happy. I believe we also had a service contract with them too.
don’t use Vigilante.
A few of my neighbors use Petro and like them. I’ve actually used them in PA,
