The plumber brought his friend “heating plumber” to check the system. He said pump, water regulator and one machine( I forgot) are needed to change and pump is too small for 3 story house, and bill will be 30 % less. Last year was fine. How do you think of possible cause? Thank you.
upps, it was valve that close and open radiator. Thank you, I will call gateway now. Thank you!
Working through the tower of babel, I assume he changed a vent or a valve.
I posted about Gateway. They are indeed the best. Professional, extremely knowledgable, and friendly.
I’d still like to know what the ‘bulb’ is he changed.
i can’t wait to hear the story on this one, sounds like a certain heating plumber is going to have a merry xmas!
Did they try to bleed the system? Might just be air in the line.
OK, just got it, Master Plumber is Gateway Plumbing and Heating. There is a recommendation for them posted just below your post in the forum.

There is a guy that comes on here called Master Plumber. I can’t recall the name of his company just now, but you might want to seek him out and get him to look at your system. Master Plumber will not have to call in another plumber to figure out what is going on here.
