Nearing completion of reno on 1890’s Brooklyn limestone. Just noticed we’re missing a 6-panel door (24×80). Can anyone fulfill our wildest dream and part with and/or point us to a period 6-panel door? Thanks a million in advance.

Is it a plain interior door? You can also buy them new online. About $300. Or salvage at Eddie’s in Clinton Hill $30.

Thanks for your generous offer, Matt. We’re going to hold out for a 6-panel door. We know it’s out there somewhere; it’s just a matter being in the right place at the right time. Maybe Roy in the Lowes parking lot is our man. 🙂

Just got a beautiful pair of pocket doors dirt cheap from Roy, the guy in the Lowes parking lot at Smith and 9th st. I seem to recall he had a couple of doors matching your description.
