Permit for Deck
i want to build an 8 x10 wooden platform to basically to place a table,and chairs. It will be placed in the ground no foundation. It is strictly a landscape element. Do I need a permit?

If it’s just a platform, not elevated at all, and easily relocatable, then no. No permit required.
