I will agree about Martin and Carlos. These are honest people and quality workers which is rare for me to find. I have interviewed at least 10 different companies and found these people to be the most reasonable, professional, honest, and quality workers. They had all the requirements (licensed, insured, bonded etc..) And gave me a very detailed itemized estimate. I had my floors done and it was a very good experience. They even put in better flooring than I had requested (which I was told from another contractor). Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.
I very recently used Inti to do some work at my Clinton Hill coop. They refinished my floors, sanded and painted all walls and ceilings, and replaced and repaired heavily damaged drywall and window sills. I hired them to make the apartment “move in ready,” and they delivered as promised. I am very happy with their work, and would surely use them again.
They did some interior painting work and floor refinishing at my Windsor Terrace (Brooklyn) brownstone (rental property). They also refinished my floors at my primary residence in NJ. The owners Martin and Carlos are very professional, their estimate was itemized and they finish all the jobs they have done for me on time. All in all I had a great experience with them and I would definitely rehire them for future jobs.
