in the end, you need it inspected by an outside inspection company anyway. each project can be very different even by the same sponsor as architects, contractors, and even the brokerage company can be a factor in the outcome.
if you have a friend who’s an architect that could do a free walk thru with you, that would help, but just hire someone, and have your contract tied to that inspection.
I too am looking for this type of information. I asked the broker representing the new construction condo I was going to bid on if she could tell me any more information about the sponsor or the company that constructed the building. The answer I got was a flat out “no”. When I tried researching the company on my own I couldn’t find any information about them at all (Select Holding Corp). The only building they are linked to is the one that I was going to bid on. Major red flags. At least in your case, Omni Build has a web site…having a (real) company that can be held accountable is a good thing.
