I built this one. It’s about 2 x 7 ft.
It has 3 levels with ramps leading up each level. The entry ramp is on a pulley and closes at night.
The bottom level is a run, the second level has nesting boxes and the top has a stoop with litter boxes beneith it.
This is great for people who like excellent eggs.

The coop sells for $900. What’s the monthly maintenance?
How many eggs do you get per year???
The coop sells for $900.
Sure I can make you a cat tree.
You’re right. You can keep chickens, not roosters.
Chickens can still lay eggs without a rooster, they just don’t hatch.
kickass!
And I see by the sign lower right that this facility has it’s own security system.
Damn straight. A safe chicken is a happy chicken.
I looked this up recently, you are allowed to keep hens in the city but not roosters.
Is that a two or a three family dwelling?
so cute
mopar, I think what he’s saying is that the coop structure, as it looks to rest against the property line, is illegal.
Chickens are legal in New York City.
This is adorable.
How much did you charge for this miniature architectural statement?
