We’re a three unit coop planning on converting to condo. We saw a thread a while back about using Harold Gruber to prepare the condo conversion no action letter documents. Reviews were mixed. We’d love to hear from anyone who’s had experience with him, and from anyone with a lawyer they would recommend for this process. Thanks

  1. I recommend Larry DiGiovanni in Bay Ridge. He’s expensive, but he responds to your calls and emails immediately. I was involved in a No Action with some folks that needed a lot of handholding and he was saintly (also very smart!)
