Brooklyn Commune Cafe and Community Market

I see signs up on the cnr of Prospect Ave and Greenwood Ave for Brooklyn Commune. Apparently a new Greenmarket and Cafe – a nice addition to the neighborhood. Does anyone know more? They have a facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?profile=1&id=109783589077211
