I am an architect with OCD tendencies. I have worked with a lot of contractors (including the top rated ones on this website) and when it came to gut renovation my four family brownstone, I sought the best of the best. As related to affordability, workmanship, dedication to excellent work, quickness, personal character etc.. no one comes close to Carlos Ramos. Whether you have a small project or a large project, bathroom renovations to apartment renovations to brownstone renovation..this man is a God send and has the work ethic of none other. did a gut renovation with creative renovations and we had a great experience (they advertise on this site). for plumber we use scarponi & sons – got their name from creative 718-259-2331. they are responsive, reasonably priced and good (actually our building just had the boilers replaced by them)

I’m liking this guy already. An itemized budget is key. Pass contractors have used vagueness to get over on you.
After an exhaustive and sometimes frustrating interview process I went with All Renovation, his team completed my 3 story Windsor Terrace brownstone renovation on time and most importantly on budget. He also was the only contractor that submitted to me a itemized estimate. The other guys gave me a ballpark or submitted nothing.

Oleg – More of a handyman but knows how to do everything and works for a licensed and insured contractor if licenses are needed (otherwise much cheaper to hire on the side 347-583-0523)
